The parts a picture cannot show.

When we are not sure, we ask

Never a guess about money. If “$350” could have been before or after GST, you get one question with both totals on it. If the recording could have been fifteen or fifty, you get that one too.

Bank details work differently

You type them, you type the account number twice, and we show only the last four digits after that. We will never take bank details from a recording, and we will never change them because of an email.

What this is not
